A corner plot previously occupied by a single bungalow has been transformed into a development of two large five bedroom detached dwellings with large rear single storey feature kitchen/ family rooms, incorporating bi-fold doors, apex glazing and roofights to create a light spacious area that will be the heart of each home.  Chantry Architects lead the projects from the initial feasibility studies, through to full planning approval and construction drawings. We worked closely with the Contractor and the two future owners to ensure each home was suited to their needs and tastes. The development was completed in August 2022.
